#3 definately hits home with me. If you are truly at peace with yourself, then you will not look for perceived "flaws" in others.

While I think I run into #4 the most frequently, I think #3 is the one that irks me the most when I run across it. I think you could add a #5 - Let people merge on the highway when they are in the merge lane. Don't cut them off because you think you're saving time.
